1. Operator and acceptance

CluckMate.com is operated by REDGRAVE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Złota 7/28, 00-019 Warsaw, Poland, KRS 0001179029, NIP (VAT ID) 5253050657, REGON 54202203900000. By creating an account or using CluckMate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

CluckMate provides structured English speaking practice with an AI teacher. Lessons may include reading aloud, pronunciation practice, vocabulary, guided discussion, idioms, phrasal verbs, grammar, and IELTS-style speaking questions. The service is an educational tool, not a human tutoring service, and AI responses can occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate.

3. Accounts and bookings

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Lesson access windows, duration, pause and resume options, and any booking rules are shown in the service at the time you use it.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use CluckMate for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes;
• attempt to access another person's account or interfere with the service;
• upload malicious software or use bots, scrapers, or automated methods to misuse the service;
• submit another person's private information without a lawful basis; or
• copy, resell, or redistribute lesson materials or the service except where the law allows it.

5. Lesson content and feedback

You retain responsibility for what you say and submit during a lesson. The AI's explanations, corrections, and sample answers are provided to support language learning. They are not a guarantee of exam results, professional advice, or a substitute for your own judgement.

6. Fees and payment

Where paid access or a paid lesson is offered, the applicable price, payment method, and any relevant renewal or cancellation terms will be displayed before you commit to payment. No specific lesson price is set by these Terms.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep CluckMate available and reliable, but internet, browser, third-party, or maintenance issues can sometimes interrupt access. We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Privacy and intellectual property

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. CluckMate, its design, lesson structure, and supplied materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not give you ownership of those materials.

9. Suspension or termination

You may stop using CluckMate at any time. We may suspend or close an account if these Terms are violated, if use creates a security or legal risk, or if it harms other users or the service. Account data will then be handled under the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability and governing law

To the extent allowed by law, CluckMate is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free output, and REDGRAVE Sp. z o.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. These Terms are governed by Polish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
